I'm trying to gather some information about timber frame scale models.
How many timber framers or timber framing companies are building scale models of their customers frames?

Hi Jim,
I´ve never seen timber frame scale models from my colleagues. We build such models in school, but not in real life.
I will translate it and make a post in the german- Community

building models is sometimes used by architects, but very seldom by carpenters.

Nice models!! 
I have seen a few wood frame models in Denmark, not timberframe (in the american sence of the word) I think, but normal wood houses. But they was made by architecths.
