ha, ha, somebody's in the mood to be funny...
Another question: Does this function take windows and doors into account with some approximate weight?? And can this be switched on and off - and can different layers be switched on and off?? In a production lines there can be different lifting situations - one with only wood frame and gypsum, one with everything including facade, windows and doors - and perhaps other situations in between.

Are there any smart method to calculate the point of gravity for wall elements with wood, steel, windows, doors etc. - perhaps with information imported from Dietrichs???
Perhaps some other program if not possible in Dietrichs?

If you input the weight of doors and windows in your database, they will be calculated. All parts must belong to the wall MOS, and you can define which layers shall be included.

That's a pretty handy function. Would it work to calculate an assembly like a dormer attached? And is version 7 what I will get when I renew my updates?

The newest version is version 7.02 and this is what you get if you renew your version.
You can calculate the gravity point and the weight of each wall and of each roof face but you will not get the gravity point of a whole dormer.

You can calculate the gravity point and the weight of each wall and of each roof face but you will not get the gravity point of a whole dormer.

So it is not possible to activate a number of items in D-Cam (as those that belongs to a dormer t.ex.) and calculate weight and point of gravity of these in D-cam activated items??? If not, this could be next step in next version.

Until now, you can do this for single Dicam parts.
