You can define different ceilings in one floor. Each ceiling for the direction of the elements you need.

Go to domain "floor decks". There you already defined one floor deck. Change this floor deck and define its outline without the right area. Then define a second floor deck for the right area of you ceiling. This second floor deck should have a main direction rotated 90°.

Giedrius:
Hello, how rotate a main direction 90 degrees?

To Rotate the main direction:

Use Floor decks module.

select (3) Edit floor decks, (02) Orientation, span

You will then be prompted to select (2) points to indicate main direction.

In the ceiling the orientation of the elements is always in the direction you see in your printscreen, which means parallel to the X axis.
If you need it in the other direction you have to change the orientation of your ceiling. You can do this in domain ceiling with the function 3-02.

We are in a "ceiling elements" thread and I didn't realize that you speak about roof faces.

Yes in roof elementation you can define elements in the other direction. In the dialogue box where you enter the maximum width of your elements you should see the two buttons which allow to define elements in X or Y direction.
This is a functionality since version 16.01
